Note: You will not lose any existing messages

  • Press  or  and 983
  • Log: 120000 (2 digit extension numbers) 
    1020000 (3 digit extension numbers)
  • OK
  • MBOX
  • CHNG
  • Enter the extension number
  • PASSWORD will appear on top
  • Press Reset
  • Press  or  to end.

NOTE: The next time you open the mailbox, the new password will be 0000.
The system will then ask you to enter a new password.
